What is an External Company?

An External Company is any incorporated or unincorporated body formed under the laws of a country other than Guyana.

What documents are required?

  1. Application for Registration
  2. A Registered Power of Attorney
  3. Consent to act as Power of Attorney
  4. Statutory Declaration (Declaration of Directors)
  5. Statutory Declaration (Attorney at Law)
  6. Copy of corporate instruments of the company
  7. Copy of Corporate instruments of the Company (Foreign Copy of the Corporate instruments must be certified.)

Duration

Certificate of Registration is issued in at least 3 working days.

Fees

Prescribed fees range from $80,000 GY to $300,000 GY depending on share capital

Payments Methods

We only accept Cash Payments up to $100,000.00 and any amount above is to be paid via a Manager’s Cheque as a Payment Option.
